    • -Requires Direct Endorsement
  • Texas - 1st Broker & Lender Registration
    • -Requires Direct Endorsement
B. Difficult to Get State to Confirm in Writing
  • Hawaii - Broker & Lender
    • -State will not provide Written Confirmation
  • Ohio - Broker & 1st Lender (Limited Exemption)
    • -Requires OH Direct Endorsement to be HUD Approval
    • Area & limited to HUD underwriting criteria loans

C. Exemptions Eliminated

  • Alabama- Lender-Eliminated
    • -Broker-applies to AL Offices only
  • Indiana-Broker
    • -Eliminated 7/1/08
  • Kentucky- Broker & Lender
    • -Effectively eliminated by new rule that must have held HUD approval for 5 yrs. to qualify
